The case now turns on whether lightweight and crystal litter, plus a repaired animal-health book, can keep compounding while factory cost per ton keeps rising. That is a mix-and-margin debate, not a story about a new company.
Retail and Wholesale posted record sales near $83 million as domestic cat litter, excluding co-pack, advanced and co-packaged litter nearly doubled on an expanded lightweight line. Crystal volumes hit a new high, which is the Ultra Pet silica-gel platform finally showing up as category share rather than as an acquisition footnote.
