Myseum.AI (MYSE): Picture Party Narrative Outruns Commercial Proof

Myseum.AI is still a listed privacy-app experiment, not a scaled social network, and the April rename does not change that fact. The company spent the first half of the year wrapping the old DatChat messenger and a new event-photo product called Picture Party inside an agentic-intelligence story. Second-quarter revenue stayed at $37. The investment debate is whether Picture Party, a Fujifilm print-on-demand hookup, and a partial Amazon Web Services development grant convert into paid usage before the going-concern clock and the remaining equity line force another dilutive raise.

The income statement already answers part of the question. Operating costs in the second quarter rose to $2,152,348 as compensation, consulting, and marketing all increased. An unrealized mark of $910,000 on Avalon GloboCare preferred stock, the leftover from last December's sale of RPM Interactive, widened the net loss to $3,050,364. Cash and Treasuries together still cover a few more quarters of burn, but only because April at-the-market sales restocked the till. The commercial story is louder. The unit economics are not.

Shareholders already authorized a reverse split of as much as twenty-five-for-one through next August, which is the listing-maintenance tool if the bid slips. Fujifilm is the first named consumer-commerce partner. Amazon is funding only a portion of an album-creation agent, not a commercial contract. The open question is whether Picture Party produces recognizable subscription or print revenue before liquid assets fall through the going-concern threshold.
