Guardian Metal Resources is a U.K.-domiciled, U.S.-focused tungsten exploration company whose single strategic asset, the Pilot Mountain project in Nevada, just crossed the line from geological promise to bankable economics. The June PFS put a six-figure NPV and a near-60 percent IRR behind a mine that has not yet broken ground, and management says it may make a construction decision on that study alone, skipping a full feasibility phase.

The tungsten supply chain has no U.S. primary mine, and a federal traceability regime takes effect in early 2027, so the market question is no longer whether domestic tungsten has a buyer. The question is whether the equity can fund the gap between the cash balance and the construction budget before the window closes.

The balance sheet carries a mid-six-figure cash position and a sub-$300 million construction budget, and the financing gap between those two numbers is the central tension in the equity. The gap defines the next eighteen months of the company's strategic agenda.
