Entera Bio is a Jerusalem based clinical stage biotech whose entire value case rests on EB613, an oral tablet form of teriparatide aimed at postmenopausal osteoporosis. The company closed a $275.0 million private placement in July 2026. The share count tripled from about 49 million to roughly 163 million ordinary shares as a result. The money buys a funded path into 2030 and removes the going concern qualification that hung over the fiscal 2025 annual report.
The equity now trades near $3.01, well above the $2.04 deal price that the July financing set. The market is pricing in real Phase 3 optimism rather than mere survival. That optimism is warranted but not priced as a probability of success. The bear case is a BMD primary endpoint that can fail against placebo in a 750 patient registrational trial, which would erase most of the equity value. The bull case is an approved first oral anabolic tablet, a category first with a large installed injection population that has been undertreated for a decade.
