Byline Bancorp reported Q2 2026 results with net income of $40.2 million ($0.90 diluted EPS) up 8 percent linked quarter and 36 percent year over year, adjusted EPS of $0.91 up 9.6 percent linked quarter and 21.3 percent year over year, and pre-tax pre-provision net income of $61.2 million up 10.9 percent linked quarter.
